A Family for Every Child is passionate about providing families in our community with transparent, supportive, and inclusive services as they grow through adoption. Our Agency provides full-spectrum home study and post-placement services for infant, family, and foster adoption. We are currently accepting new families in all areas of Oregon.
While we offer services for all types of domestic adoption, our primary mission is to find loving, permanent families for every waiting foster child. To meet this goal, A Family for Every Child offers national recruitment efforts for families adopting from foster care and world-class matching support as we work together to make the perfect match.
For us, adoption is about so much more than paperwork. Each of our employees and volunteers has a unique connection to our work; many are adopted, have adopted, or have an adoptee in their family. We understand your adoption journey is just as unique as your family and are prepared to support you every step of the way.

Families adopting from foster care should expect to:

The cost of adoption is determined by the type of adoption your family chooses, reimbursements or stipends available from your employer or state, and the adoption agency your family chooses.
Foster care adoption through a private agency, like A Family for Every Child, starts at $2,800. This cost may be eligible for reimbursement from the state.
Family adoption services start at $4,300 plus legal fees. Legal services are not provided by A Family for Every Child.
Private infant adoption services start at $4,300 plus matching and legal fees. Infant matching and legal services are not provided by A Family for Every Child.
